He made a good point on CAFO meat, but it would have been better if he'd actually compared it to grass-fed, ethically raised, animals that don't have the problems that CAFO animals do. The problem isn't "red meat", but rather the way it's presently raised in the industrial system.

When he is talking about the sugars in the oranges and problem of fiber removal he has the right idea but describing a totally wrong mechanism. I can't believe how little do doctors know about nutrition (I am a nutritionist and know what I am talking about)
